We will be honoring Talia & Matt Crystal and Malka & Shimon Shalit, treasured members of our community who have done so much for HIWP. They have given of themselves to the communityboth visibly and behind the scenesin their ongoing dedication to helping our shul thrive.
During the evening we will also recognize the ReBuild team—Todd Stern, Lisa Gilbert, Michael Weintraub, Paul Orentlicher, Marc Guthartz, Keith Reich, and Ellen Ungar—whose tireless efforts have made the vision of an expanded home for our community a reality.

Talia, your work leading the Kesharim committee has been an inspiration, and Matt, Board meetings are always better when you’re there. We are so glad to call you friends. To Todd, Lisa, Paul, Michael, Marc, Keith and Ellen, We have been watching the building advance from a dream to a reality. Dr. Shimon Shalit and Malik Shalit are endlessly charitable to HIWP and to Israel. Dr. Shalit has flown to Israel to sew up Israeli soldiers with ragged internal injuries that other doctors weren't able to. - Eleanor Ehrenkranz
